Apartment description
I offer you a beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony, covering an area of 40 m2, located in a new apartment building at 20 Powstańców Street.
The apartment comprises a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a mezzanine with a height of approximately 160 cm, accessible via beautiful wooden stairs. The mezzanine includes a work desk, dressers, and practical storage for clothes.
Space: The apartment provides free Wi-Fi and satellite TV with over 80 channels. It also features a balcony offering a lovely view of the city. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the Warsaw exit route, the Old Town is approximately a 30-40 minute walk away.
This beautiful and modern apartment is ideal for 1-4 people (a very comfortable loft bed measuring 160x200 and a large sofa bed with a sleeping area of 160 x 200 cm).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, and it comes with a FREE private parking space in the underground garage on level -1.
CARS CAN ENTER THE GARAGE WITH THE ELEVATOR TOO :)
Numerous shops and dining options are also available in the vicinity of the apartment.
Our apartment is excellently equipped with all amenities, including a convenient kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, and cups for cooking and dining.
We provide a set of towels for each guest and bed linen. The bright and modern bathroom with a comfortable bathtub is the perfect place for relaxation and refreshment.
The apartment features a large balcony with a table and seating bench. The bench seat is foldable, offering a practical storage compartment for various items.
